Should an item not meet with your satisfaction for whatever reason you may return the goods to "The Casio Shop" within seven days of receipt. You will then get a full refund less all direct costs incurred by "The Casio Shop" associated with the order such as actual delivery costs. The goods must be returned with all packaging, documentation and be undamaged in any way. A written reason for the cancellation must accompany the returned goods.

Product Rating Wow, what a revelation! After much scepticism from senior music teachers and students of music who held the view that the conventional piano could not be replaced, I took the plunge and bought the Casio. This thing is fantastic- it mimics the grand piano in feel, weight and sound. Additionally, it has a host of modern features that will be appreciated by the younger generation. You get the best of both worlds in an aesthetically pleasing and modern unit which will last for years. The setting up was easy and one does not need to be a DIY specialist to get this piano together. I chose to pick up this piano at the warehouse which is a dingy looking place in Joburg (they say it is Sandton but is opposite Alexandra!) My advice is to rather pay the extra for delivery. So far, my experience matches much of the positive comments from other users worldwide. It offers far better value than its competitors. I would also ask my daughter (the end user) to write a review in about a month. So, well done Casio – your digital piano is great for the home- it is not as bulky as the grand piano but offers so much more. Fantastic and highly recommended! (Posted on 3/27/12)
