The Casio Shop offers FREE DOOR to Door delivery on all watch orders over R1000 country wide (For watch orders under R1000 there will be a R75 delivery charge). Please note that there will be a shipping charge for keyboard, digital piano and projector orders. This delivery fee is calculated by the system on the volume of the order and will vary from R200-R500 depending on you location. Please note that you are able to collect you purchase from the Johannesburg warehouse and pay no delivery charge.


Please note that there might be a delay in order processing during the Black Friday/Festive season due to high sales volumes (an extra few days might be required for order processing or for our courier once an item is dispatched). We will try have your order with you as soon as possible but we will not be held responsible for delays with are either unforeseen or out of our control (This includes third party contractor issues). If an order is intended as a birthday gift or special occasion, please ensure your order is placed well in advance. Under no circumstance will The Casio Shop be liable for same day delivery.

The Casio Shop strives to fulfill orders as soon as possible. Under normal circumstances, the time it takes for a local order from when an order is placed until it is dispatched for delivery, is 1-2 working days. (Once an order is dispatched it may take between 1-3 working days).

Approximate time taken from dispatch to the receipt of goods (once a courier waybill number is received)

• Major Centres via Express Courier: 1-2 working days
• Regional Areas via Express Courier: 2 to 3 working days

If an item is out of stock, an email notification containing a stock ETA will be sent to you. You will be given the option of either waiting for the item or requesting a refund.

You may be requested on delivery to produce your ID and / or credit card for fraud prevention purposes. Also please note deliveries will only take place during business hours during the week.


Once The Casio Shop has dispatched your order, you will be able to find your RAM courier tracking number in your account backend (simply log into your account to find your shipment tracking number). If you would like us to assist your with your tracking number for you order please email


1. General returns

Watches purchased on The Casio Shop may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order (with the exception of sections 2, 3 and 4 as stipulated below) provided that:

The items/s are undamaged 
That it has not been worn/used
Items/s are in their original packaging with all tags still attached. 
The item was not part of a promotion 
The item is not a piece of musical equipment


There will be a R75 shipping fee for all returned watch orders, for heavier items the amount will vary.  If you would like to return an item with your own courier then you are most welcome to. Please note that you will be liable for parcel insurance for your return.


Kindly log your request for the purchase to be returned for exchange or refund. You will be notified of the shipping details thereafter. Kindly understand that all items being returned need to be inspected PRIOR to confirmation of an exchange or refund. 
Please be advised that all returns processes take 5-7 working days.

2. Returns of items that were displayed/described incorrectly on the website or delivered in error

A full refund or exchange of the item will be actioned provided that the request/error is logged within 7 days after delivery. The Casio Shop will be liable for the shipping fees in this regard.

Please ensure that the item/s are:

In their original packaging 
With all accessories and parts

Please note: All returns will be finalized within 7 working days from receipt. Refunds will reflect within 5-7 working days after the refund has been concluded.

3. Items damaged in transit

Item/s deemed as damaged in transit need to be logged as such on the website upon receipt of the item/s to serve as notification of this issue. 
Damaged in transit item/s need to be returned within 3-4 working days of receipt. 
Any items that are deemed as damaged in transit will be returned at no cost to the customer and will be replaced. A refund may only be actioned should there be no stock to replace the damaged item.

Kindly note:

Should we need to replace the damaged in transit item we will replace it for the same item ordered. Should there be no stock available an option for a refund will be offered.

Should you qualify for a refund, this will reflect within 5-7 working days after the return has been concluded. *In some cases, a store credit may be given should the damage of the item be deemed as inconclusive.


A cancelled order is classified as any order that has not yet been assigned a tracking number. At this stage, an order can be cancelled and a full refund actioned if payment has not yet been made. Please note: Once a tracking number has been assigned to the order, you will then be liable for the shipping fee should you cancel the order at this point.
