If a product is supplied by an international partner this will be displayed on the product page. (This is considered a parallel imported product)

All partner stores products sold through TCS SA are thoroughly vetted and checked, and they come with a full South African or International warranty. Due to the complexities involved in coordinating these orders, TCS SA cannot cancel or refund orders once they are placed nor do we offer returns once products have been received. We kindly request that you ensure the model you wish to purchase meets your requirements before finalising your order.

The expected time in which to receive your order is around 5 to 7 working days once your order has been successfully placed and stock confirmed.
