The Casio Shop - Faq's
We have made shopping as simply as possible. Use our various search or product selection menus to find the product you require quickly and easily. Should you find anything you would like to purchase simply add it to your shopping cart. You will be taken to the checkout screen where you can either choose to checkout or continue shopping. Should you select the checkout option, you will then be asked for to enter in your delivery details as well as make a payment type selection.
TCS is an authorised retailer of Casio products and not the official agents for Casio in South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not support products which have been purchased elsewhere including overseas. (we are not trying to be difficult but the are perks to being a customer of ours). Unfortunately we do not offer spares or repairs. All items which fall under warranty need to be assesed and repaired by the Casio South African agents. All products in need of repair will need to be sent to the Casio agents at the clients cost - TCS cannot be held liable to send, collect and return products which fall under warranty.  If you require assistance with a Casio product you have purchased, click here.
TCS only offers only authorised products with a 1 year South African warranty. Due to the fact that all stock is in South Africa, delivery is speedy. Please note: if you have purchased a grey product, no product support will be available to you in South Africa and you damaged item will need to be serviced or repaired by the store where it was purchased from. On request, TCS will obtain Casio products from overseas official suppliers from time to time or if by client request.
Unfortunately we do not offer quotes for products which have not been purchased via our online store.
During the checkout process you will be prompted to select a payment method. If you select “EFT / SnapScan" you will be emailed our bank details or QR code (You will only receive this email once we have validated our stock amounts, for this reason our banking details cannot be found on the TCS store). In the email which you receive from us after placing the order, you order reference details will be supplied. Please note we require a proof of payment to allocate your payment. We only assign stock to an order for 24 hours once stock has been confirmed and our banking details sent. TCS cannot be held responsible for stock being released after the 24 hour period. If a payment has been made after an item has been released or if an item is not in stock then we will either process a refund or ask you if another model will be suitable.
Once TCS has dispatched your order, you will receive your RAM courier tracking number via email (you can also find the tracking number in your account backend). If you would like us to assist your with your tracking number for you order please email
All goods sold by TCS hold a 1 year South African warranty which is held by James Ralph (Pty) Ltd) - Should an item become faulty within the warranty period, simply inform TCS and we will advise you on the nearest repair centre. Faulty or items which fall within the warranty period are the be sent to the relevant service centre at the clients cost and not TCS's. Please note that should any goods be tampered with by anyone besides the manufacturer's representative or should the goods be operated on outside the manufacturer's specified ranges, the warranty falls away. You will be required to produce proof of purchase or the warranty card. The warranty for watches only applies to the inner mechanical workings of a watch and not the battery, strap, glass or casing. Under no circumstances will TCS be liable to replace or repair a item purchased via our online store. As the warranty is held with James Ralph (Pty) Ltd, all decisions regarding repairs and replacements will be made by James Ralph (Pty) Ltd and not TCS.
Should an item not meet with your satisfaction for whatever reason you may return the goods to TCS within seven days of receipt. You will refund less all direct costs incurred by TCS associated with the order such as actual delivery costs. The goods must be returned with all packaging, documentation and be undamaged (watches must be unworn). A written reason for the cancellation must accompany the returned goods. If an unwanted product is returned and exchange for a different product, the customer will be charged or refunded any price difference plus return shipping.
Should the situation arise that stock you have placed an order for is unavailable within the usual delivery period, TCS will contact you and notify you of the situation. You will then be given the option of cancelling or amending the order or waiting for new stock to become available.
Unfortunately not, all purchases and payments must be completed via our online store. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Johannesburg and transported with Ram Couriers. We do however offer a collection option if you wish to collect your or from the Johannesburg warehouse. (This option can be selected at the checkout stage)

Unfortunately if you have purchased a product through Takealot or any other marketplace you will need to work directly through that marketplace as you are effectively their client and not ours.
