Watch warranty - 1 year
The warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that may arise during normal use of the watch within the first year of ownership. This includes problems with the movement, the dial and hands only.
If you do experience any issues with your watch during the warranty period, simply contact us and we will work with you to repair or replace your watch at no cost to you. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your Casio watch and that it continues to provide reliable timekeeping for years to come.
Non-watch Casio product warranty - 1 year
The warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that may arise during normal use of the product within the first year of ownership.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised repairs. Additionally, the warranty is only valid for products purchased from authorised Casio retailers. Defective products will need to be assessed by the services centre and all cost relating to sending the product to the service centre will be at the clients cost.
All warranties are held by the relevant distributor, TCS cannot be held responsible for unfavourable outcomes and cannot not be held liable to replace products.
