TCS SA offers FREE delivery on watch orders over R1000 to all main centres. (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth and East London). For orders under R1000 there will be a R100 delivery charge for main centres. For regional areas, there will be a shipping charge for R180 - this includes small towns or farms (If an incorrect shipping location fee is selected, our team will make contact to advise you of this). Please note that if you area is designated as a high risk area then there will also be a surcharge. We will not release parcels if the incorrect shipping option has been selected. (TCS will notify you in this case)
Processing & Delivery Times
Important to Note Before Ordering
TCS SA will make every reasonable effort to deliver your order as soon as possible. However, TCS SA cannot be held responsible for delays that are unforeseen or beyond our control, including those caused by third-party service providers or load shedding. If your order is intended for a birthday gift, special occasion, or time-sensitive event (Christmas gift), we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance. Please note that under no circumstances does TCS SA offer same-day delivery nor will we be liable for orders which are not placed in reasonable time. TCS SA staff will not tolerate rude or abusive behaviour under any circumstances.
Please note that during the Black Friday and Festive Season, increased order volumes may result in delays to order processing and courier delivery times. As a result, an additional few days may be required for your order to be prepared and delivered.
Local Stock Orders - TCS SA is committed to processing and dispatching orders as quickly as possible. Under normal circumstances, local orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–2 working days from the time the order is placed. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–3 working days depending on your location.
Parter Store Stock Orders - These orders typically take approximately 7–10 working days to be delivered to us and then processed. All partner store items are clearly identified on the relevant product pages. We kindly ask that you review the stated shipping timelines before placing your order.
Order Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped by our warehouse, a courier tracking number will be emailed via our online portal.
High Risk Areas
Please be aware that a surcharge may apply to areas classified as high-risk by our courier partners. If your delivery area falls under this category, TCS will notify you.
You will then have the option to:
- Pay the additional charge to proceed with delivery to the high-risk area.
- Redirect your parcel to an alternate address without a surcharge.

We uses our trusted couriers for worldwide shipping, shipping charges will be calculated at the checkout stage. Please be aware that customs charges will apply when the parcel arrives in the destination country.
If an item is out of stock, an email notification containing a stock ETA will be sent to you. You will be given the option of either waiting for the item to return into stock or requesting a refund.
You may be requested on delivery to produce your ID and / or credit card for fraud prevention purposes. Also please note deliveries will only take place during business hours during the week between (8-30am and 5pm).

TCS makes use of 3rd party couriers and unfortunately we have no control over the service received or unexpected delays. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your parcel, please contact the relevant courier directly and provide your tracking number for assistance. TCS cannot be held liable or responsible for any third-party courier services.
