However, we understand that sometimes returns and cancellations may be necessary, and we want to make this process as easy as possible for you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return it within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a refund or exchange, depending on the circumstances.
If you need to cancel your order, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that some orders may not be eligible for cancellation, depending on the order status and shipping method. General Return Conditions

That it has not been worn/used
Items/s are in their original packaging with all tags still attached.
The item was not part of a promotion
The item is not a piece of musical equipment
Special Order Watches: Please note that we do not allow returns on special order watches as these models have been especially brought in for you. Please make sure that if you are wanting a special order product that you are sure that it is the correct item.
There will be a R100 shipping fee for all returned main centre watch orders (Regional collections will be more). If you would like to return an item with your own courier then you are most welcome to (You will be liable for parcel insurance for your return).
Kindly log your request for the purchase to be returned for exchange or refund. You will be notified of the shipping details thereafter. Kindly understand that all items being returned need to be inspected PRIOR to confirmation of an exchange or refund.
Returns of items that were displayed/described incorrectly on the website or delivered in error
A full refund or exchange of the item will be actioned provided that the request/error is logged within 7 days after delivery. TCS will be liable for the shipping fees in this regard.

All returns will be finalised within 7 working days from receipt. Refunds will reflect within 5-7 working days after the refund has been concluded.
Items damaged in transit
Item/s deemed as damaged in transit need to be logged as such on the website upon receipt of the item/s to serve as notification of this issue.
Damaged in transit item/s need to be returned within 3-4 working days of receipt.
Any items that are deemed as damaged in transit will be returned at no cost to the customer and will be replaced. A refund may only be actioned should there be no stock to replace the damaged item.
Should we need to replace the damaged in transit item we will replace it for the same item ordered. Should there be no stock available an option for a refund will be offered.
A cancelled order is classified as any order that has not yet been assigned a tracking number. At this stage, an order can be cancelled and a full refund actioned if payment has not yet been made. Once a tracking number has been assigned to the order, you will then be liable for the shipping fee should you cancel the order at this point.
Free Gift With Purchase Terms
TCS will occasionally rewards customers by adding a Free gift with purchase according to spend. Free gifts are not able to be exchanged for other products (for example is a shirt size selected is to small TCS will not be liable to collect and replace the item for another item or for another size). If an order with a Free gift is returned the complete order which includes the Free gift will need to be returned as well. All items need to be unused and in a saleable condition.
