All goods sold by The Casio Shop hold a warranty which is held by James Ralph (Pty) Ltd - www.jamesralph.com. Should an item become faulty within the warranty period, simply inform The Casio Shop and we will advise you on the nearest repair centre. Items which fall within the warranty period is to be sent to the relevant service centre at the clients cost and not The Casio Shop's. Please note that should any goods be tampered with by anyone besides the manufacturer's representative or should the goods be operated on outside the manufacturer's specified ranges, the warranty falls away. Please note that you will be required to produce proof of purchase or the warranty card. The warranty for watches only applies to the inner workings of a watch and not the strap, glass or casing.
Please note that there might be a delay in order processing during the Black Friday/Festive season due to high sales volumes (an extra few days might be required for order processing or for our courier once an item is dispatched). We will try have your order with you as soon as possible but we will not be held responsible for delays with are either unforeseen or out of our control (This includes third party contractor issues). If an order is intended as a birthday gift or special occasion, please ensure your order is placed well in advance. Under no circumstance will The Casio Shop be liable for same day delivery.
The Casio Shop strives to fulfill orders as soon as possible. Under normal circumstances, the time it takes for a local order from when an order is placed until it is dispatched for delivery, is 1-2 working days. (Once an order is dispatched it may take between 1-3 working days).
The Casio Shop website and all communications and transactions concluded using the website, are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Invitation to do business
The products which are displayed on The Casio Shop website is seen as an invitation to do business with The Casio Shop. Transactions are only confirmed when The Casio Shop has accepted your transaction and the acceptance is communicated to you via email or telephone call. Please note: if an item is out of stock at the time of a credit card transaction - a full refund will be applied to your order.
The price of any products sold through The Casio Shop including shipping costs shall be relayed to you at the time of your order however, if your location is a very regional location an extra delivery charge may be levied. By visiting the The Casio Shop website you agree that the terms and conditions will be applicable to all further transactions and website visits.
The Casio Shop will take all reasonable efforts to monitor stock levels and ensure that when stock is no longer available, that listed products are removed from our website. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of stock and we will only be liable for delivery of the products when the products are available. When products are no longer available after conclusion of a sale, The Casio Shop will notify you and you will be entitled to either selected another product or choose to receive a refund of the amount paid by you.
Cancelled orders and unwanted goods
You have 7 days the "day after" the day that the goods are received under the distance selling act from arrival of the goods to cancel your contract. The goods must be returned to us in the condition they were despatched, complete with all packaging and in a re saleable state. The goods remain YOUR responsibility until they are received and signed for by us.
Cancellation/Return of unwanted orders/items incur a 10% handling fee to cover processing/handling fees.
If an unwanted product is returned for exchange for a different product the customer will be charged or refunded any price difference plus return shipping.
When a user visits The Casio Shop or sends e-mails to The Casio Shop, you are consenting to communicating with us electronically. The Casio Shop will communicate with you by e-mail.
When purchasing products, you are required to provide The Casio Shop with complete and accurate information about yourself and you agree that the information provided to The Casio Shop is correct. Purchasing from The Casio Shop is restricted to persons over the age of 18. Any person not permitted to register as a purchaser but who does so, shall be guilty of committing fraud.
